Create a watercolor painting with masking fluid! Let's get started:

1. Start by creating an outline of your design, or block our different areas and shapes using masking fluid. Paint won't stick to these areas.
2. Wait for the masking to dry and then you can add washes or other details with watercolor. 
3. When your watercolor is dry, remove the masking according to directions and admire your work!

The only rules are 'go with it' and maybe wait for the layers to dry!
