Heavy Body Artist Color, previously known as High Viscosity, has a thick, exceptionally smooth, buttery consistency ideal for traditional techniques using brushes or knives, as well as for experimental, mixed media, collage & printmaking applications. Impasto applications retain crisp brush stroke & knife marks. Good surface drag provides excellent handling & blending characteristics with increased open-working time. High pigment load produces rich, brilliant, permanent color. Each one of the professional colors remain flexible when dry preventing colours from cracking or chipping.
