Then end result is a natural white, acid-free sheet that is strong with a subtle yet pleasing surface texture. The gelatin sizing (internal & surface) allows artists greater control & produces brilliant & intense colour. For use with wet or dry techniques. Each block contains 15 easy-to-release sheets. EASY-BLOCK These blocks are only glued on 2 edges instead of the traditional 4 against the grain of the paper. Paint directly on the top sheet, and the glue along the two long edges will hold the sheet flat as you paint. This eliminates the need to have to tape/stretch the paper as the glued sides keep the paper from curling or twisting. When your painting is dry, slide a dull knife or letter opener in the open side under the top sheet. Release the glue along one edge and pull your painting free, to reveal a fresh, clean sheet beneath.
